William Soles

William Soles, 86, of Cortland, passed away Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown.

He was born March 18, 1936 in Cleveland, the son of Edgar and Gertrude Zincky Soles.

He was employed for over 40 years at Windstream as an IT man working on computers.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Lindus Soles, whom he married May 21, 2016; two step-daughters, Katrina (Ted) Blausey  of Willard and Sarah (Chad) Duffney of Houston, TX; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a niece, Laura Hehr.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Marilee and his first wife, Jacqueline Soles.

At his request, there will be no services for William.

Arrangements were entrusted to Galloway-Onstott Funeral Home, Hartford, Ohio.
