Thomas F. Bloom

Thomas F. Bloom, 82, of Youngstown, passed away at Concord Care of Hartford on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

He was born January 18, 2026 in Warren, the son of Walter and Marian Casper Bloom.

He was a graduate of Badger High School and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Thomas was self- employed.

He is survived by two sisters, Lillian Zedaker and Doris Ferrara Perrine and a brother, Paul Bloom.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Mary Jane Cargill Harbison and two brothers, Richard and Walter Bloom.

There will be no services for Thomas.  A Celebration of Life will be held for the family at a later time.

Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.
