Mitchel James Givens

Mitchel James Givens, 30, of Orangeville, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024, 

He was born December 22, 1993 in Warren, the son of James and Karen Elmore Givens.

Mitch was a Badger High School graduate.

He was a loader and seasonal driver for UPS.

Mitch loved living on the edge, from riding his dirt bike to kayaking. He enjoyed hiking, playing soccer and baseball  and everything outdoors.

He had a special place in his heart for animals, especially our pup, JoJo!

Mitch will be missed tremendously and his absence will be felt by those who loved him. Our family asks for prayers of strength as we navigate this difficult time

Mitchel is survived by his parents, Karen and James Givens of Orangeville; his brother, Matthew Givens of Champion; his maternal grandmother, Betty Elmore of North Port, Florida and his paternal grandfather, John Givens of Andover.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Givens and maternal grandfather, Vernon Elmore.

An "evening of remembrance" will be held for Mitch at YeagerBaums, 7651 Brockway Sharon Rd., Orangeville, Ohio on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Appetizers will be provided.  Please come and join us as we remember Mitch and pay tribute to his life.     

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to go to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County, 812 Youngstown-Kingsville Rd., Vienna, Ohio 44473, in his name.
