Mardell Sue Shafer, 66, of Andover, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018, at University Hospital E. R. in Andover.
She was born November 18, 1952 in Sharon, the daughter of Mark H. and Elizabeth Perrine Shafer.
She was a graduate of Joseph Badger High School.
She was a cook at Nancy's restaurant in Kinsman.
Mardell was a member of the Burghill Baptist Church in Burghill.
She is survived by a son, Charles Finkbeiner of Orlando, FL; two sisters, Joy Stinson of Andover and Edith Duecaster of Niles; and seven brothers, Robert of Kinsman, Gordon of Howland, John of Greenville, James of Sharpsville, Mark of Kinsman, Tyran of Burghill and Todd of Kinsman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
There will be no services for Mardell.
