John Edward Bush

John Edward “Ed” Bush, 73, of Hermitage, formerly of Hartford, passed away at his home on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.

He was born February 10, 1951 in Brownsville. PA, the son of John Bush Jr. and Patricia A. Staley Bush.

Ed was a 1970 graduate of Badger High School.

He entered the Air Force after graduation in 1970. He retired in 1992 as a Master Sergeant.

He worked at Wheatland tube in Warren as a mill operator after his military career.

He belonged to the former Hartford VFW post 3535.  He enjoyed hunting and old muscle cars.

Ed is survived by a sister, Cheryl (Charles Snyderwine) Torma of Brookfield and two brothers, David (Doreen) Bush of Chandler, AZ and Perry (Tammy) Bush of Kinsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Charles Jethro “Jed” Bush.

At his request, there will be no public services for Ed.

Burial will be in Hartford Township Cemetery.
