Dianne Marie Root

Dianne Marie Root or “Weezer”, 70, of Fowler, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026, at home.

She was born June 25, 1955 in Warren, the daughter of Donald and Becky Haney Sigler.

Dianne was a 1973 graduate of Mathews High School and became a homemaker.

Her greatest joy was her family, especially cuddling with her girls.  She also enjoyed Bruce Springsteen, getting her family to stand on chairs, ducks, sunflowers, puzzles and coloring.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Russell Root, whom she married July 3, 1996; daughter, Tiffany (Lee Russ) Pilarcik of Warren; son, Jesse (Megan McClure) Pilarcik of Warren; granddaughters, Savannah Baker and Amanda Pilarcik; and great-grandchildren, Garrett, Haven and Hazel; and brother, Don (Marsha) Sigler of Champion.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Sarah Schick and Betty Beil and brother, Kim Sigler.

At her request, there will be no services at this time.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Burial will be in Dugan Cemetery in Fowler.
