Clinton Davis

Clinton Davis, 97, of Kinsman, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Shepherd of the Valley, Howland, with family by his side.

He was born May 28, 1924 in Kinsman, the son of Harley and Isabelle Lane Davis.

He was a graduate of Williamsfield High School.

Clinton was a WWII Army veteran stationed in Korea as a mechanic.

Clinton started working as a farmer.  He then worked for Taylor Winfield and retired from Packard Electric as a machine repairman.

He belonged to the Living Word Fellowship in Kinsman and the American Legion in Kinsman.

He married Agnes Worosz on July 29, 1944.  She preceded him in death on October 23, 2011.

He liked being with his family, loved Jesus and seafood.  He enjoyed tinkering with everything and loved his cats and dogs.

He is survived by his daughter, Sharina (Mike) Harnett of Kinsman; a son, Pastor Gregory (Beverly) Davis of Kinsman; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by two daughters, Jeanne Hanselman and Monica Davis; son-in-law, William Hanselman and a brother, Clare Davis.

The family wishes to thank Shepherd of the Valley for the excellent care of Clinton.  A special thank you to nurses, Michele Davis and Sallie Gadzalski.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions to go to Shepherd of the Valley, 4100 N. River Road, Warren, Ohio 44484 in memory of Clinton.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Burial will be in Kinsman Cemetery.
