Beverly B. Kuhn, 78, of Orwell, passed away Monday morning, January 15, 2024, at home with her family.
She was born January 20, 1945 in Plumville, PA, the daughter of Herbert W. Bowser Jr. and Helen Virginia Lukehart Bowser Frye.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kent State. She then worked at Packard Electric, Dollar General and Cortland Bank.
She was a member of the Mecca Community Church, where she held many positions. She was a member of the Craft club and the over 50 club at the Church and the Trumbull County Antique Tractor Club. She was also a master gardener.
She enjoyed gardening, photography, painting and sketching, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, quilting and riding her horses and taking care of them.
She is survived by her husband, David R. Kuhn, whom she married June 20, 1965; a son, David A. (Charity) Kuhn of Orwell; a granddaughter, Jenna Kuhn; two sisters, Debbie (Dave) Cartwright of North Bloomfield and Diana Brinkert of Oklahoma; and a brother, Randy (Sue) Bowser of Sarasota, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Donna Burns and a brother, Jimmy Lukehart.
At her request, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Mecca Community Church, 5920 Phillips Rice Rd., Cortland, Ohio 44410 from 4 to 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Mecca Community Church in her name.
