Betty Lou Dickman, 83, of Warren, formerly of Hartford, passed away Sunday afternoon, February 28, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
She was born September 23, 1937 in Sharon, the daughter of Amos and Emma Waite Bell.
She married Richard J. Dickman on August 19, 1955. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2011.
She retired from Packard Electric after working 35 years as a laborer.
Betty was a member of the Hartford Community Church.
She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, crocheting and playing games on the TV.
Betty is survived by a daughter, Kathleen (Charles) Longley of Hartford; a son, Patrick (Marti) Dickman of Denmark, SC; and a grandson, Matthew (Skye) Dickman of FL.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Howard Crooks, Norm and Carl Bell and a sister, Edna Birdey.
