Robert "Tom" Pucak, Jr.

Robert “Tom” or “Pete” Pucak, Jr., 72, of Burghill, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019, in the comfort his home with his family by his side, after a six year battle with ALAmyloidosis.

He was born August 5, 1947 in Youngstown, the son of Robert and Marvelle Johnson Pucak.

He retired in 1999 from Packard Electric after 30 years of service.  He then spent 14 years working part time for the Hartford Township maintenance department.  He also spent many years working at Hartford Orchards.

He was a 4-H saddle horse advisor for 18 years.  For many years he enjoyed showing and raising quarter horses, camping with his family and friends and four wheeling in the mountains.

Tom is survived by his wife, Debra Chinnock Pucak, whom he married July 2, 1966; a daughter, Corby Logan of Hartford; a son, Shane (Melissa) Pucak of Hartford; his mother, Marvelle Pucak of Brookfield; three grandchildren, Harlee (Hunter Hamilton) Logan, Katie Pucak and Hunter Hart; and a brother, Rodney (Vicky) Pucak of Wasilla, AK.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Following his wishes, there will be no services for Tom.
