Karen Rae (Manown) Dennison

Karen Rae Dennison, 70, of Greene Twp., passed away Wednesday morning, April 18, 2018 at St. Joseph Health Center.

She was born June 3, 1947 in Warren, the daughter of Sylvester and Betty Stevens Manown.

Karen was a homemaker.  She attended the Mecca Community Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Dawn Harrington of Warren and Charity Kuhn of Greene Twp.; a son, Jery Dennison of Windsor, Va.; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

At Karen’s request, there will be no flowers at her service.  She has asked that all memorial contributions be given in her name to the Hope Center for Cancer Care, 1745 Niles-Cortland Rd., #5, Warren, Ohio 44484.

A celebration of her life will be held at the Mecca Community Church, 5920 Phillips-Rice Rd., Cortland, Ohio 44410, on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6 p.m.  Since it is a celebration, everyone is asked to not wear black.
